There is a correct way of submitting changes and that is through github.
Within the past three days about 4 different english language packs have been posted.
The original version caused the entire Wecenter script from running as it had some malformed code.
Completing language packs in this manner is not advised as you may end up with code that is not translated.
You will need to replace the language file with every update. This is not recommended because you may end up with items that are removed or items that have not been added to the language pack you are using.
Some of the translations are also terrible. If you are using these language packs in your site for english speaking visitors they will see that it is not professional.
